How We Support Moms
At Operation MIST, we remotely MONITOR women’s health data via a smart device from before they get pregnant through their first year following delivery.
During monitoring, if we notice that a woman is trending toward a less than optimal health status or towards distress, we INTERVENE through lifestyle and health behavior change or instruct them to contact their birthing provider with the goal of preventing complications during pregnancy, avoiding unnecessary interventions during childbirth and recovering well during the year following delivery.
As we work to ensure that mothers SURVIVE, we do so with the goal in mind of helping them THRIVE throughout their lifetime.

1. Become a MIST Mom
Let us know you're interested in joining the MIST family by using the button below. You get a chance to either proceed or chat with us first.
2. Receive your watch
You'll receive your watch in the mail within a few days of signing up. You will also receive instructions on how to get it set up and connected to our system.
3. Meet your MIST Monitor
As an official MIST Mom, you'll be designated a MIST Monitor who will be your virtual eyes and ears. They'll walk you through the process and be the point of contact throughout your journey.
4. Enjoy love and support
